7. Hosting and server log files

The hosting provider collects access data in so-called server log files (page visited, date, time, data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, requesting provider). For security reasons these are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website).

8. Contacting us

When you contact us, the details you provide are processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete enquiries once they are no longer required and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

9. Mandate files

Data processed in the course of an attorney mandate are retained for at least six years after the end of the mandate pursuant to § 50 BRAO. The attorney's duty of confidentiality remains unaffected.

10. Cookies

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. No consent is required in this respect (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

11. Web analytics with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to measure the reach of this website. Plausible works entirely without cookies, does not collect personal data and does not carry out cross-site tracking. IP addresses are hashed for temporary session identification and are not stored.

Data collected (anonymised): page visited, referral source (referrer), browser type and version, operating system, country (based on the IP, which is then discarded), screen resolution.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the website to optimise content and reach).
